Opening the jar released an earthy aroma, quickly followed by nutty and tangy notes that recall a peanut butter sandwich. The smell is strong.

Because it contains caryophyllene, there's a hint of black pepper. I found that note very subtle unless you smell it up close.

Herbal tones round out the nutty sweetness.

The flavor is more muted than the aroma. The punch of the smell doesn't fully carry over to the palate.

Subtle earthy, nutty and tangy notes still come through, along with herbal undertones and a faint sweetness.

I'm a big fan of the effects of Peanut Butter MAC. It felt strong, though, so newer adult consumers should be cautious and start with a low dose.

I got a cerebral, euphoric high. It was a slow start, but once it kicked in, I felt happy and creatively stimulated. As the high built, it felt almost psychedelic, and relaxation took over as it faded.

You can use it any time of day, but I prefer it at night for relaxing and watching TV.
