Before you file a claim for the germination guarantee, make sure to wait 14 days after planting. In addition, you need to provide proper documentation, including photos showing that the seed does not germinate.
While the 90% germination guarantee might sound like a good deal, take note that there’s one caveat. At least two of the seeds should have not germinated before you can lodge a complaint.
